The Soft mouth guard is thin, soft, and flexible. Designed for comfort and light protection. If you are a heavier grinder, this piece can come unwoven, and we recommend purchasing the "Reinforcement" add-on item ($10). With the reinforcement we add extra stitching that prevents it from unravelling.
